A&CS has experience

Non-profit clientele: A&CS currently provides a full range of management and administrative support services to 6 not-for-profit trade and professional organizations, 501 (c) 6 as well as 501 (c) 3.

Communications: We currently desktop publish the newsletters, membership directories, and conference brochures for all of our clients. The volume of our printing schedule gives us priority status with our printing vendor. We are never bumped off the press.  We manage the websites and email systems for all clients.

Conference Management: Our annual schedule handles an average of over 60 meetings and conferences for our clients. Our largest conference (over 3,000 attendees plus 180 exhibit booths) was the Oregon Governor's Conference on Occupational Safety and Health. This meeting schedule gives us leverage in negotiating contracts with meeting facilities.

Bookkeeping: We provide bookkeeping services to all our clients.  We also prepare and maintain the supporting documentation for annual preparation and filings of our clients' IRS Form 990's (Non-profit tax returns) and any required state agency reports such as Oregon’s CT-12 (for charitable trusts).
